Please note that Fulton Umbrellas is a trade only supplier. If you are a member of the public who has purchased one of our umbrellas, and you believe it to be faulty, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 states that your contract is with the seller of the umbrella. You should therefore return it to the store where you purchased it.

Please note that we cannot credit for wind damage, this is a natural phenomenon and damages caused by the wind do not constitute a manufacturing fault. Everyday wear and tear is also not covered by our guarantee.
