Why are there no prices listed on your website ?

Umbrellas are supplied to trade only. If you are a trader and wish to apply for a Fulton Umbrellas account which will enable you to order stock online, please visit our account application section.

How can I place an order ?

There are a number of choices:

• Contact your area representative who will be happy to assist you with your selection
• Speak with a member of our customer services team who are fully trained in all aspects of our products and services
• Place your order via this website - Trade Only
• Send us a fax or e-mail details

Is there a minimum quantity ?

There is no minimum quantity either by style or by colour, you can order as little as one umbrella (although a service/carriage charge will be applied to orders with a total value of less than £150)

How long will my order take ?

Orders placed before 12 noon are normally despatched the same day; orders placed after this time are usually despatched the following day. All orders are despatched guaranteed 24 hour delivery, unless other arrangements are specified.

What is the carriage charge ?

For orders over £150 carriage is free, for orders less than this, there is a £7.50 fee.

How do customers choose their umbrella ?

Obviously, most customers will choose something because they like the overall look of it - its size, colour or design. However for those customers looking for a little more guidance, all our swing tickets give information on key features, including the frame constuction, size when open and what makes it different to the umbrella next to it. The swing ticket also provides instructions on care of the brolly to keep it in excellent condition.

What about cost/retail prices ?

Recommended retail prices are shown on our price list.

Do you supply printed umbrellas ?

Yes we do; most stock umbrellas are suitable for printing. We also provide a bespoke service for golfing umbrellas with a choice of 16 colours which can be made in any combination. Print colours will be mixed according to your specification; we can also print in gold, silver and bronze.
