Delivery

Our warehouse is temporarily operating reduced hours as we monitor the Covid-19 situation.  If you have any query about your delivery you may wish to e-mail info@fultonumbrellas.com and our Customer Services team will be pleased to assist.  We comply with Government guidance on managing risk and staying Covid-19 secure (see more).

We curently deliver to the UK, USA and to most European Union destinations.

DELIVERY TO THE UK IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £30 FOR A LIMITED PERIOD ONLY.  

Deliveries may be affected by adverse weather conditions.

All orders for delivery within the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) are despatched using DPD Next Day Delivery.

Signature is required on receipt. Orders must be received by 1pm for same day despatch. 

Please refer to the table below for postage costs and estimated delivery times to other destinations.  We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey.  We are unable to deliver to Armed Forces PO Boxes.

For UK deliveries, our DPD courier will e-mail and text you (if mobile is provided) with your 'in-flight' delivery options and a 1 hour delivery window.   You will also be able to track the progress of your delivery on a real-time map. 

For all country deliveries, if the delivery is not accepted and alternative delivery arrangements are not made, the cost of return postage may be deducted from any refunds.

PLEASE NOTE DELIVERIES VIA DPD ARE NOT MADE AT WEEKENDS. FRIDAY DESPATCHES WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY EXCEPT FOR BANK HOLIDAYS WHERE THEY WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE WEDNESDAY*.

Postage costs for each chosen destination are calculated at the shopping basket, include VAT and are as per the table below. 

Products delivered to destinations outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, levies, fees or other charges which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser or recipient of the goods as may be applicable.  This may delay your delivery, as payment by you (or the recipient as applicable) must be made to the relevant customs authority before the goods can be delivered.  You (or the recipient as applicable) will be responsible for checking that the products ordered comply with local import regulations and that there are no restrictions that may affect receipt of your order.  Therefore, you may wish to contact your relevant customs authority for clarification before placing an order.
