Making A Purchase
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read the terms in full before you use this website. Please note that by using this website you are deemed to agree to the terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.
Fulton accepts payment using major credit or debit cards. Prices on this website are quoted in GBP Pounds Sterling and include VAT at 20.0%.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Fulton will occur when we despatch the goods to you. Fulton reserves the right not to accept an order at our sole discretion. You will be informed if your order has not been accepted.
Fulton may use your personal information for the processing of orders, payments and deliveries. Your personal information may also be checked with credit agencies to prevent fraud. Where there is a legal obligation to do so, we may disclose your information to any relevant regulatory body. We do collate statistical information about site traffic, sales and other commercial information which we may pass on to trusted third parties but these statistics do not include any information which can identify you personally. We will not sell or pass on your data to any other third parties.
We will use our best endeavours to maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have provided us with. When you place an order we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect it from unauthorised use.
To return goods to us please use the following procedure:
- Send an email to email@example.com quoting your original order reference to request a Merchandise Returns Authorisation (MRA) form.
- Complete the MRA and securely package your product to ensure that it reaches us in good condition. Fulton does not accept liability for any damage in transit.
- Send to the address stated on the MRA using a recorded delivery method. Fulton does not accept liability for losses in transit.
Once Fulton has received the returned product our Quality Assurance Team will review the condition and approve the refund for the cost of the product only, to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase. Please note postage costs will not be refunded.

The material on this website is provided without any conditions or warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide access and use of this website on the basis that we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions which but for these terms may have effect in relation to this website.
Exclusion of Liability
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence (as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977); (ii) fraud; (iii) misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or (iv) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the United Kingdom.
If you encounter any faults with Fulton products purchased other than from this website, please contact the retailer or place of purchase directly.
