Returns Policy
 
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods, for purchases from this website only. If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us within 14 days of the cancellation.  Returned products must be unused, in original condition including labels and tickets.  Extended Christmas Returns Policy:  Orders placed between 20th November 2020 and 24th December 2020 should be notified as cancelled and returned to us by 25th January 2021.  Returned products must be unused, in original condition including labels and tickets.

To cancel and/or return goods to us please use the following procedure:
 
- Download our order Cancellation & Returns form or send an email to websales@fultonumbrellas.com or telephone our Customer Services team on 020 8963 3010, quoting your original order reference to request a Cancellation & Returns form.

- Complete the Cancellation & Returns form and send along with your securely packaged product to ensure that it reaches us in good condition. Fulton does not accept liability for any damage in transit.

- Send to the address stated on the Cancellation & Returns form using a recorded delivery method. Fulton does not accept liability for losses in transit.

Once Fulton has received the returned product our Quality Assurance Team will review the condition and approve the refund for the cost of the product to which the cancellation applies.  When a whole order is being returned, this includes the original cost of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by us).  We will reimburse you to the same credit or debit card, Paypal or Apple Pay account used for the original purchase. Please note return postage costs will not be refunded.
